Ian Tinkler is an engineering executive with a wealth of experience in the Aerospace, Defense and Consumer Product Goods industries.
He left Keurig Green Mountain’s executive team in 2015 after leading Keurig’s Engineering and Research & Development teams as Vice President of Brewer Engineering for over 10 years. In this role he was responsible for developing and producing over 60 different coffee makers, which required the introduction of new technologies, components and control systems. He worked internationally leading teams from Asia and Europe in the development of these technologies. During Ian’s tenure, Keurig grew from a zero profit company to a $5 Billion corporation, largely base on the technology he and his team deployed.
Before joining Keurig Green Mountain Ian served as; Director of Research & Development for Culligan and Everpure Commercial Water Systems, Director of Engineering for Evac, Chief of Design for Electrodynamics and held senior leadership roles for Sundstrand Aerospace, which including work on the B2 Bomber, Boeing 777 and the Space Shuttle. He holds an MBA from Rockford College and an HND Mechanical Engineering degree from Hatfield Polytechnic in England where he served a Graduate Apprenticeship at British Aerospace.
